Since the 1990s, the model has become the most commonly used in the world for personality tracking.

According to this system, our personality is formed by four a formations that describe how we carry our energy, how we process the information we receive, How we make decisions And how we see our lives.

In each of these axes there are two poles that represent our preferences in relation to this type of behavior. We don’t necessarily act fixed and rigidly within the axis (we can swim between one pole and the other throughout life, or even keep us close to the center), but we tend to prefer one side.
